I've been seeing posts about this on social media and tried it. It lives up to the hype! I could have almost sworn I was eating a fried egg.
I did find it took longer in the oven than the instructions stated. Next time, I might mix a tiny amount of sugar into the oil I brushed the tofu with, just to aid in browning the crust quicker.
